The machines we use on your property are all equipped with a pressure adjustment/indicator installed so we can be sure your surface is treated just right. Our variance is from 1200 PSI to 4000 PSI according to what the application requires. You can rest assured that your surface will go unharmed because we always choose the appropriate pressure.
We use both, when the application calls for it, sometimes we need not bring out the big guns. The situation determines everything, but rest assured we don’t get the Hi-Tech name just because we have pretty websites.
We offer a complete satisfaction guarantee on all duties we perform for you. In the highly unlikely case you find a problem with the quality of our work or damage to your property please don’t hesitate to call immediately and let us resolve your issue. Our only disclaimer is that we are not responsible for previously damaged windows, doors, precast concrete, cast in place concrete, stone, brick or grout. Additionally, we are not to be held responsible for interior water leaks due to damaged seals or gaskets, in the event you know a window or door has this leak, we ask that you have that repaired before hiring us.
Other provisions are on a specific basis. For instance, a job where concrete is to be sealed may carry an additional warranty guarantee from the manufacturer of the sealer product.
The discounts we offer you are determined based on bundling and/or long-term contracts. For instance, you will end up saving more money by getting your siding and driveway cleaned at the same time, or by signing a 3-year cleaning contract as opposed to a one time clean. Contracts are better for you and us, you are guaranteed the amazing work (while saving money), while we are guaranteed the lasting relationships and recurring business.
For all situations we accept Check, Credit, and Cash. With residential – non-contractual work, we require payment upon services rendered. You can also submit payment using our new online invoicing system!

For contractual agreements we use Standard Net 30 terms and of course the bundled discount we discussed in earlier FAQS.

We do everything by appointment, and that does mean if we have down time on a specific day and you need an appointment we will take you at earliest available slot.

Our General hours run from Monday to Saturday, 7am-6pm, however due to the nature of the business we offer after hours cleaning for some of our commercial clientele. With some commercial clients we have to do the work when they are closed and that can mean 3am start. We love this kind of work because it gives the business a brand new shine when the doors first open.

To cancel your cleaning and/or to request that your cleaning service be rescheduled you may contact us by calling 615-796-6425. We ask you, if cancelling, to do it at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you are requesting that your cleaning be rescheduled we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule and needs.
That decision is up to you. If you are not going to be at the location to be cleaned we do ask you to let us know that so we can work out access and payment terms ahead of time. We prefer you to be there, just to ensure you are able to see the work performed and can enjoy watching the transformation, but we understand if you have prior engagements.
We do not supply over-the-phone bids, we do however submit bids using a state of the art bidding system. No worries though, we still remain timely in our bid delivery. In rare cases of new developments we still have to visit the location since these have not yet been added to current mapping software. And if looking at projects that require stripping or concrete grinding, etc we have to see all of the elements.

The best part about our timely bids is you will know your EXACT cost. None of that tell you one thing and charge you 30% more stuff.
